Insurance Plans Accepted at the Foot and Ankle Surgery Center of Excellence
The Foot and Ankle Surgery Center of Excellence accepts all PPO plans (Preferred Provider Organizations) and will work directly with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage. PPO plans are one of the most popular types of insurance because they typically provide the most freedom regarding selecting a healthcare provider or facility. We offer free insurance verification, and typically accept the following PPO insurance plans:

To accommodate patients without insurance or with insurance not accepted by the Foot and Ankle Surgery Center of Excellence, we offer a competitive cash discount. Specific payment plans for patients with no insurance may be determined by our billing department.
Fees and Payments
When our doctors perform a procedure at the Foot and Ankle Surgery Center of Excellence, multiple services may be involved, which are then factored into the overall cost of care. The Foot and Ankle Surgery Center of Excellence charges a facility fee for each procedure that is performed in our outpatient surgery center, and this fee does not include fees for your consulting physician, surgeon, anesthesiologist, or required lab and pathology work. These additional fees vary by procedure.
Patients are responsible for payments for their procedure. If you have insurance, we require that you pay your estimated deductible and co-payments prior to your surgery. We accept cash, personal checks (co-pay ONLY), VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. We will then bill your insurance carrier on your behalf.
